Terms and Conditions: Cable Modem Service Professional Installation will consist of connection to an existing Cable TV outlet within the customer’s home. Cable modem service will be provided for single-computer use. Additional and custom connections will be completed, at the customer’s request, based on a time and material basis. BellSouth Cable Modem Service may not be available in all areas and is subject to BellSouth Cable Modem Service terms and conditions. BellSouth may provide refurbished cable modem and modem remains the property of BellSouth. Upon cancellation of service, failure to return the cable modem equipment will result in an unreturned equipment charge of $149.99. Actual download/upload speeds may vary. Monthly service prices are plus applicable state and local taxes/fees.

Remote access dial-up account: Includes 20 hours usage per month. Additional dial-up usage charged at a rate of $2.00 per hour for the first hour or fraction thereof in excess of 20 hours and $1.00 per hour for each additional hour or fraction thereof in excess of 21 hours, up to a maximum monthly charge of $19.95. Applicable long distance or roaming charges may be incurred.
